“Tax is like a puzzle and the pieces are there, and you just have to figure out how to put them together,” said Colleen. “A lot of what we’ve done is building a better working world through equality for women, which was one of the reasons I chose to stay at EY all of those years as a working mom. I find that key to success is just to push each other to think harder and have dignity and respect for everyone regardless of level or rank. That is just part of my DNA. It is who I am.”
