Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has again received a 100% rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for 2019, designating EY US as a “Best Place to Work for LGBT+ Equality.” The CEI evaluates LGBT+ related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, trans-inclusive policies, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT+ community.
