Daniela is the Office Managing Partner for Toronto at EY Canada and the Canadian Assurance Energy Market Leader. She has more than 20 years of experience in providing audit, transaction, and other assurance services to public companies in the power and utility industry with deep experience in the renewable energy sector.
Daniela currently serves as the engagement partner on large national and multinational entities (with subsidiaries in UK, Brazil, Colombia, India, Spain and US) both SEC registrants and Canadian issuers, reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. She has deep experience in supporting clients with IPOs, prospectus offerings and other capital raising transactions.
Not only has she hosted the EY Energy Drivers podcast series and published thought leadership on EV adoption, but she’s also spoken at various Canadian P&U events including a key note speaker feature at the Clean Energy BC Generate conference and is a regular panelist at Energy Regulator Dialogues.
Daniela serves as a member of the CPA Ontario Foundation,and Board of Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario. Daniela previously held the role of council member t CPA Ontario.
