Marc Dieli is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice Group and is based in New York City, where he primarily focuses on accounting matters related to income taxes, long-lived assets and inventory.

Previously, Marc worked in EY’s Assurance practice in the New York area, primarily serving clients in the technology, media and telecommunications industries.

Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Binghamton University. He is a certified public accountant in New York and a member of the AICPA.

Parasjit Cheema is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice Group, specializing in accounting matters related to business combinations, segment reporting, goodwill and intangibles and carve-out financials.

Previously, he worked on various audit engagements in EY’s Atlanta and Birmingham offices, including technology and telecommunications, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, paper/packaging and consumer products.

Parasjit is a certified public accountant in Georgia and a member of the AICPA and Ascend Pan-Asian Leaders Association.

He holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
 

John is a principal and the US Political and Legislative Leader in the Office of Public Policy for EY, where he advises EY on public policy positions and strategy and engages with congressional offices, federal agencies and the administration on behalf of EY’s legislative and regulatory interests.

Previously, John served as managing director of federal government relations at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). He has worked closely with public and private sector stakeholders to formulate and implement strategic policy initiatives, including, tax, financial services and accounting legislation.

John graduated with a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. He is a member of the American and Maryland State Bar Associations.
