Panelists
Anna Gosine is a managing director in EY’s National Professional Practice Group, where she provides technical accounting assistance to audit teams and clients, prepares and maintains EY thought leadership, and monitors accounting standard-setting activity. Her responsibilities include engagement with the FASB and SEC with a focus on consolidation and equity method investment matters.
Previously, Anna worked in EY’s Austin and Bay Area offices, primarily serving clients in the technology and real estate industries. She also was a resident in EY’s National Professional Practice Group.
Anna graduated with a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
She is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the AICPA.
Mike Berryman is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice Group and is based in Baltimore, where he primarily focuses on accounting matters related to leases, cash flows and ESG. Previously, Mike worked in EY’s Assurance practice in Baltimore, primarily serving clients in the healthcare and commercial leasing industries.
Mike rejoined EY as a partner in July 2024 after serving as a Practice Fellow at the FASB. In this role, Mike participated in various standard-setting activities, including projects addressing the accounting for environmental credits, leases and segment reporting. He also served as the coordinator for the FASB’s Emerging Issues Task Force.
Mike is a certified public accountant in Maryland and Virginia and a member of the AICPA.
Amanda is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice Group and is based in Dallas, where she primarily focuses on accounting matters related to ESG, leases and financial statement presentation topics.
Previously, Amanda worked in EY’s Assurance practice in Dallas, serving public clients in the telecommunication and software-as-a-service industries. She also completed a three-year rotation with Ernst & Young Nederland LLP.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the AICPA.
Tate Kubler is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice Group and is based in Tampa, where he primarily focuses on accounting matters related to income taxes, internal-use software and share-based compensation.
Previously, Tate worked in EY’s Assurance practice in the Tampa Bay area and Atlanta, primarily serving clients in the consumer and industrial products manufacturing and distribution industries.
Tate graduated with a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant in Florida and Georgia and a member of the AICPA.
