How can one volunteer day start a lifetime of change?

EY Connect Days are our quarterly days of service, when all EY people in the Americas can volunteer together to support EY Ripples, our global corporate responsibility program.

During our largest EY Connect Day held in November 2023, we rallied more than 15,200 EY employees across the US, Canada, Latin America, and Israel to work with local organizations on 500+ initiatives that are focused on supporting the next generationworking with impact entrepreneurs, and accelerating environmental sustainability which benefit people in over 20+ countries.

We are proud to help strengthen our communities, come together as teams, enhance our business skills, and have some fun.

Follow and be inspired by EY Connect Day volunteers as they share their experiences via social media channels using the hashtag #BetterWorkingWorld.
