Maurice has worked for a mixture of clients across multiple sectors. He is a Servant Leader who leads by example. Maurice develops individuals and diverse and inclusive teams to collectively deliver on their commitments, evidenced by a proven track record in delivery excellence across both industry and consulting.
He is currently assisting his client with a national rollout of new technology – one of the largest Technology Transformation programmes ever undertaken in the state.
How is Maurice building a better working world
Climate change is one of the largest challenges facing our generation. Smart Electricity Meters are a core part of the new clean energy system that is helping combat climate change, accelerating decarbonisation.
Since 2015, EY has been a proud partner to the DSO (licenced electricity network operator) delivering the national Smart Metering Programme, deploying up to 2.5 million smart meters and delivering the associated back office systems.
Maurice has led the full end to end delivery of the new Business Capability in our client encompassing People, Process, Technology, Data, System Governance, Security to manage this new Digital Ecosystem including transitioning into full run-mode.
Aligned to our next wave strategy, he is extremely proud to play a central role in this programme in the nation’s fight against climate change.
