Luke is a Restructuring Partner and member of the Irish Leadership Team, leading EY’s Strategy and Transactions (Strategy and Transactions) business in Ireland. Luke oversees multi-disciplinary teams who advise and support clients on the whole transaction life cycle from strategy to execution.

Luke is licensed to act as an insolvency practitioner in Ireland and UK. He specialises in formal insolvency, independent business reviews, creditor and debtor advisory as well as providing strategic restructuring advice to banks, financial institutions, equity investors, multinational and SME clients.

Previously, Luke was a corporate finance Director in EY in the UK across multiple sectors, including real estate, property, retail, tourism, among others.

Luke earned his degree in Accountancy and Finance from the Heriot-Watt University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a licensed insolvency practitioner with membership of ICAS, ISIP, R3 and Insol.
