Kaine is a Director in EY Northern Ireland’s Government and Infrastructure Team. He advises clients across the entire infrastructure delivery lifecycle, from the development of strategic plans and businesses cases to procurement, governance, funding, contract management and strategic risk/issue management.
Prior to joining EY, he held various senior client-side roles, including leading the major projects function in Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure. He has also spent time in another Big Four firm.
He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, as well as a Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.
