Conor is a corporate transactional lawyer for over 20 years and has been fortunate to have advised major Irish and international companies, private equity firms and other stakeholders on many novel, complex and transformative transactions. 

He specialises in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures. financings, restructurings, equity capital markets, corporate governance and shareholder arrangements.

Conor has acted for clients across a range of sectors including financial services, real estate, food & beverage, technology/fintech and pharma/life sciences. 

Prior to joining EY Law Ireland, Conor was a senior corporate partner in one of Ireland’s largest law firms and served on its management committee for several years. 

He has been a recommended Corporate/M&A lawyer in leading ranking guides Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers & Partners Europe, IFLR1000 and Legal500.

Conor holds a Business & Law degree from University College Dublin.
