A Transactions Partner, Cary leads the Transaction Support practice at EY Ireland and advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and stock exchange transactions.
He undertakes the due diligence services and completion advice tasks for a wide range of mid-market private equity and corporate clients in London, and the broader UK and Irish markets, assisting clients in achieving effective transactions.
Cary’s transaction experience includes a wide range of sectors, including retail, health care, building products, business process outsourcing, media, FMCG, infrastructure, technology, distribution, luxury goods, construction, and leisure.
A qualified chartered accountant, Cary has been with EY for over 25 years, working in the Belfast, Dublin, and Boston (US) offices. He was crowned Dealmaker of the Year at the Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards 2019.
