How Monica is building a better working world

“Retail was already undergoing massive transformation in the years leading up to 2020. The incredible challenges of the pandemic accelerated that pace of change—and created entirely new opportunities. More and more Canadian consumers are making decisions grounded in organizational purpose, and the why behind a brand’s what. The way retailers and consumer product organizations connect with customers on that front will play a huge part in their ability to succeed over the long term.”
