Mike began his career in EY’s Assurance practice and for the past several years has practiced Corporate Finance. As a Managing Director in EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance Inc., he is focused on helping clients across Canada achieve outstanding transaction outcomes.
Mike provides advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing for a diverse range of industries including transportation, engineering and construction, technology, home and building products, advanced manufacturing and agribusiness.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Mike is also a registered Series 79 and 63 representative with FINRA.
