Mike began his career in EY’s Assurance practice and for the past several years has practiced Corporate Finance. As a Senior Vice President in EY’s Strategy and Transactions practice, he is focused on helping clients across Canada achieve outstanding transaction outcomes.
Mike provides advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing for a diverse range of industries including transportation, engineering and construction, technology, home and building products, advanced manufacturing and agribusiness.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Mike is also a registered Series 79 and 63 representative with FINRA.
