Before joining EY’s Atlantic Canada practice, Mike spent the majority of his career with EY in Toronto. For over a decade, he has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, transactions and strategy. He also spent a number of years with the firm’s management and strategy consulting group, EY-Parthenon, advising clients on corporate and board-level strategy, market sizing and commercial due diligence, and corporate carve-out execution.
Mike is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Canadian Chartered Business Valuator, and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with distinction) from Dalhousie University, Halifax.
