Kamil’s passion for guiding clients through non-dilutive funding opportunities elevates their companies to new heights.
Backed by a decade of experience in government incentive funding, business analysis and project management, Kamil works with EY Canada’s Incentives and Capital Investment team.
Since joining EY in 2013, Kamil has helped customers navigate the complex landscape of funding opportunities. With a keen ability to analyze a company’s operational and technological capabilities, he identifies innovations to enhance applications, undertakes strategic planning and meticulously locates funding sources in Canada and abroad.
Before he joined EY Canada, Kamil led EY’s high-tech advisory team at the Innovation and R&D Incentives Center in Israel for six years. During this time, he facilitated collaborations between startups, multinational companies, research institutes and venture capital firms and created several business incubators and open innovation labs.
Kamil holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration with honours from Ariel University in Israel and completed the Executive Education in Innovation Management and Venture Creation program at Reichman University.
