Jordan is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects for both the public and private sectors. He has professional services and industry experience executing large capital projects from inception to closeout.

Jordan supports clients in the avoidance, mitigation and resolution of construction disputes. He leads infrastructure construction commercial dispute engagement teams in the assessment and evaluation of cost and schedule impacts. He has provided successful claim reviews and reports to clients across Canada, the US and Europe.

Additionally, Jordan provides strategic commercial advisory services through contract development, contract negotiations, governance reviews, risk assessments and project management maturity assessments.

Prior to professional services, Jordan gained industry experience through work with one of North America’s largest general contracting firms. He has extensive project management experience on projects in excess of $30b employing a wide variety of delivery models, from traditional bid build to P3s.
