Jason is a Senior Vice-President of EY Orenda Corporate Finance, and currently leads EY’s Financial Services M&A advisory practice in Canada.
Focused on driving exceptional transaction outcomes for entrepreneurial clients, Jason brings a collaborative and patient approach to the Strategy and Transactions team.
He has led engagements for P&C insurers, life insurers, insurance distribution companies, wealth and asset management firms and alternative lenders providing full-service advice on divestitures, buyouts and capital-raising activities.
Before joining our team in 2012, Jason was a member of a global investment bank with M&A advisory roles in Toronto, New York, London and Singapore.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He is a registered Series 7 and 63 representative with FINRA.
