Dedicated to origination, structuring and financing of major projects in the energy and infrastructure sector, Etienne is an EY Associate Partner who works from our Montreal office.

Etienne’s combined engineering and investment expertise is backed by 25 years of experience creating partnerships, structuring innovative financing arrangements and negotiating contracts related to partnerships, financing, take-or-pay, and procurement agreements.

Since joining EY in 2020, Etienne has been actively involved in projects related to the energy transition, shaping new opportunities in renewable energy, energy storage, microgrids and district energy.

Prior to EY, he acquired extensive high-level operational experience as Vice President at a large Canadian company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction services, where he managed a $4B+ portfolio of energy and infrastructure investments.

Etienne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from McGill University. He is a Certified Financial Analyst.
