Darcy is a Senior Vice President, EY Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. based in Edmonton.
He has over 30 years of experience advising mid-market private companies and their shareholders on transaction strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings. Darcy has deep experience with energy and industrial transactions and with distressed M&A and financing transactions.
Darcy sits on the board and Audit & Finance Committee for the Alzheimer Society of Canada, and is a board member and member of the Audit & Risk Committee for CPA Alberta. He is a member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and an associate member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Darcy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta. He is a CPA, CA, and is an Exempt Market Dealer Representative in Canada and a Broker Dealer Registered Representative with FINRA.
