A strategic change management and human resources leader, she’s laser focused on driving the kinds of transformational change that helps clients evolve their leaders and workforce for the future. Focused on financial services, and with experience across industries including retail, technology, health care and more, Andrea advises clients on human capital planning spanning operating model and organization design, change management, talent management and human resources service delivery.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Kinesiology from Western University and a Master of Business Administration (Business) from McGill University. She is a Prosci-certified change practitioner and was a guest lecturer at York University’s Schulich School of Business.
