Enabling EY to create long-term value. University of Florida alumnus. Son, husband and father of four.

Steve is responsible for EY services and business functions across the globe. He oversees our strategy and its execution for all functions, including technology, finance, risk management, legal, shared services, and procurement.

Steve previously served as EY Global Vice Chair – Transaction Advisory Services, responsible for driving growth and investment priorities for EY Global Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, advising corporate and private-equity clients on multi-billion dollar cross-border transactions.

Throughout his career, he has served clients across a wide range of industries spanning consumer products, industrial products, life sciences, transportation and logistics, technology, communications, professional services and franchising.

Steve is a CPA. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Steve chairs the Global Corporate Responsibility Council which helps EY make a greater social impact, by providing our people with the opportunity to use their skills, knowledge and experience to positively impact the lives of millions of individuals. In his role as EY Global Managing Partner – Business Enablement, he oversees the teams that enable our client servers around the world to operate at the highest level and to be more effective so they can help build a better working world.
