Sri is a part of the EY-Parthenon service line in the Strategy and Transactions practice of Ernst & Young LLP. With more than 10 years of management consulting experience, he serves as a strategic advisor to clients on a broad range of topics, including business strategy, operations and technology/ digital. In his current role, he advises clients across the life cycle of transactions (M&A, divestitures and joint ventures/ alliances) with a specific focus on building digital capabilities through inorganic strategies. Sri co-leads the firm’s collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University for digital thinking.
Prior to joining EY, Sri worked for a consulting group in its Digital & Technology practice. Sri received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BE in Computer Science from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India.
