As EY Americas Private Equity Leader – Audit Services, Kim provides audit quality, exceptional client service and valuable insights to C-suite executives, operating partners, audit committees and boards. With more than 32 years in public accounting, Kim’s experience includes working with private equity funds and their portfolios to deploy capital, refine exit strategies, create stakeholder value and oversee financial reporting.
Kim’s clients include high-growth public, private and private equity portfolio companies, as well as startups with which she works on IPOs, M&A and international expansion. Kim works with C-suite leaders, operating partners and boards to address technical accounting issues, including capital market transactions, business combinations, revenue recognition and SEC reporting requirements.
With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Kim started her EY career in Australia before transferring to London and then the US. She is a member of the AICPA and a licensed CPA in California.
