An accomplished and industry professional in HR transformation and technology, Kim has significant experience consulting across all areas of HR services, shared services, and payroll.

Prior to joining EY, she led the global HR service delivery and workday practice at a large consulting firm. Recent client consulting and delivery assignments include several broad-based global HR transformation projects with all aspects of HR service delivery and SaaS deployments for complex clients across all sectors.

Kim holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida Southern College and an MS in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology.
