Riana is an associate partner in EY Business Advisory Solution S.A with more than 20 years of experience in providing multinational clients of the financial services and other industries with Business, International and Transaction Tax services. 

She is the key contact for some major clients of the EY organisation and has led significant local and cross-border engagements, restructurings and transformations offering a wide range of services to her clients. 

Throughout the years, she has built strong client relationships focusing on providing and enhancing exceptional client service.

She with her fellow Associate Partners and member firm partner of the Greek Tax services are responsible for designing, supporting and executing the global and area go-to-market strategy, developing people and growing a sustainable working environment for the #1 firm in the market.

She is a lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar. Riana received a BS in Law from the Athens Law University and is a post-graduate in Tax. 

She is passionate about her work and regularly attends seminars and trainings to stay up to date.

How Riana is building a better working world

Riana has been volunteering for many years as a coach for the MIT Enterprise Forum start-up competition. 

She has been a member of the preliminary judging panel for the Better Begins With You program of EY teams driven by her interest in identifying and recognizing amazing people and accomplishments among the EY organisation and who deserve visibility.   

She devotes time to mentor and coach younger women in the business with the hope that her advice or support may help them during the personal and professional challenges they face in their career path.  

She is constantly alert in identifying individual or group of people who need financial and/or other support which EY as an organisation could provide.
