Seamus advises multinational and indigenous companies on domestic and international tax issues and serves as a Tax Partner with EY Ireland.
Having developed extensive experience in managing tax compliance, tax advisory, expatriate tax and overseas services, he has gathered significant knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax service offerings.
Additionally, Seamus has extensive experience in delivering pre-acquisition and vendor due diligence engagements. He identifies key value drivers and ensures value is maximised in transactions through the delivery of timely advice.
Prior to joining EY, Seamus worked for another Big Four firm where he earned valuable experience in project management, process development and coordination services across various countries.
A member of the Irish Taxation Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Seamus holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from University College Cork.
