Robyn is currently working as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion specialist here at EY and Project manager of the Refugee Access Programme. Robyn supports our incredible 6 DEI networks, working closely with the co-chairs and active committee members to deliver an exceptional employee experience, aligned to our DEI strategy. Robyn has held previous roles in the technology and communications industries, supporting clients to understand their diversity and inclusion data, delivering training and developing learning content. Robyn has an educational background in social sciences with an MPhil in Race, Ethnicity and Conflict and an International BA in Psychology.

I have supported our DEI networks in ensuring all events and initiatives are strategically aligned to our purpose, and continuously work to ensure recognition of the incredible communities they have created.”
