Níall has extensive experience in advising clients on how to manage tax risk in the context of M&A transactions on both buy side and sell side. Níall also assists clients in efficient tax planning and structuring of M&A transactions.
Níall has advised clients across various sectors with a focus on renewable energy, fintech and infrastructure.
Níall also has experience assisting major Irish plc’s and inbound multinationals manage all stages of their tax lifecycle.
Níall joined EY in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and a Registered Tax Consultant in 2015. Prior to joining EY, Níall attended the University of Limerick where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies.
How Níall is building a better working world
In addition to helping clients solve problems and make decisions to provide the best outcome for their investments, Níall uses skills learned in EY to regularly volunteer with Special Olympics Ireland where he has held various roles on the Games Organising Committee for the Special Olympics Ireland National Games on three separate occasions.
