How Mohammad is building a better working world
“I am on a mission, and the purpose of my mission is to make governments truly citizen-centric so that every citizen can reach a state of full contentment. Governments must know the needs of citizens even before citizens themselves have figured this out. Every day, I help government entities take a step towards this by blending conventional wisdom with leading-edge insights and disruptive forces such as digitalization, advanced analytics, robotics and artificial intelligence to design transformational programs that are groundbreaking, citizen-centric and enduring. This means not only that citizens receive better public services, but also that there is increased capacity for governments to deliver citizen promises in a more cost-effective way.”
