Marie is a partner in EY Tax and Law with extensive experience advising both domestic and multinational companies on all aspects of the Irish tax regime; to aid efficient cash and effective tax rate management, to comply with tax reporting obligations and to minimise tax risk and deal with interactions with Revenue enquiries/audits.

She advises clients on the structuring of their business in a tax-efficient manner including assisting with the design and implementation of tax efficient financing and IP structures.

Marie undertook a 15 month secondment with a large Irish Plc to lead their tax integration and restructuring work in a critical post acquisition period. 

Marie is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland as well as holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and French from Trinity College Dublin.
