Laura leads EY’s People Consulting practice in Ireland, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in international HR with management consulting. As a highly skilled programme manager, she has earned a strong international reputation for her ability to operate successfully at the highest levels within both the public and private sectors.
Under Laura's leadership, EY has successfully executed some of the most significant people and organisation transformations across the Island of Ireland, collaborating with clients across diverse sectors including Government, Health, Utilities, and Financial Services. Bringing her expertise in managing large-scale, complex transformations, she provides invaluable support to senior executives and leadership teams, ensuring that they navigate change with confidence and strategic insight.
Before joining EY, Laura spent a decade in London, where she held global HR leadership roles focused on the Private Sector and Semi-State. Notably, she was a key member of the senior leadership team in the rail industry. Laura holds a Master of Science in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from University College Dublin. Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, positions her as a trusted advisor with our clients across all areas of People and Workforce management.
