Passionate about leading transformation to create the best outcomes for people and organisations.

Laura leads EY’s People Consulting practice in Ireland. She has a career which combines ten years in international HR, together with seven years in management consulting. She supports senior executives and leadership teams across all sectors with large-scale complex transformation and brings with her a wealth of experience in programme management, organisational design, business readiness, and change management.

Through her time in EY, she has led some of the most significant people transformations in the country with our clients across Government, Health, Utilities and Financial Services. Prior to joining EY, she spent 10 years working in London in global HR leadership roles, with a focus on Private Sector and Semi-State, including three years on the senior leadership team in the rail industry. Laura holds a MSc. in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from University College Dublin.
