A Partner at EY Ireland, Jackie drives the growth of the People Advisory Services practice in Ireland across private and financial services sectors. She supports senior executives and boards of global, listed companies with their human capital needs related to strategy, organisation transformation and design, leadership and talent, culture and M&A integration.
With over 20 years of experience in leading professional services, financial services and consumer technology industries, Jackie has a proven track record in exceeding growth and revenue targets.
Prior to joining EY, Jackie worked as Consulting Director at a multinational professional services network. Before her career in advisory, she held several commercial leadership roles across various sectors.
Jackie earned an MA (Hons) in Interpreting and Translation from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and an MBA (first class) from the Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin.
