As a Partner within our Tax & Law Practice, Frank has over 30 years’ experience working with private companies, family businesses, and high net worth individuals across the Island of Ireland. Frank’s deep industry experience coupled with his comprehensive understanding of Irish and international tax law has seen him forge a reputation nationally for providing clients with innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex tax challenges and opportunities. Frank’s experience extends to supporting businesses across all aspects of their life cycle from initial setup and funding, growth, and expansion to exit, estate and succession planning.
Frank also leads our EY’s Private Practice which is a specialised service offering within EY that focuses on providing comprehensive and tailored solutions to large private, family, and private equity backed companies and their owners. The practice leverages EY’s global network and deep expertise to deliver advisory services across a wide range of areas including quality assurance, business advisory, change management, M&A, legal, and tax planning. Private businesses are the backbone to the Irish economy and through Frank’s leadership, we aim to support those businesses in unlocking their full potential!
