Emma is a Business Consultant on the EY Ireland Customer Transformation team. Her experience is varied and includes a role in a high-profile project for a renowned Irish government entity, where she was an integral part of the design team responsible for the service design catering to both front-end and back-end users.
Emma is an active member of the Mental Health Network in EY. She contributes to the coordination of significant events such as Darkness Into Light and spearheading campaigns for World Mental Health Day. She holds a strong commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support in the professional environment.
Emma was a key member of the 1st place Thought Leadership Program graduate team in 2023. Following this achievement, she has dedicated her efforts to orchestrating the Refugee Access Program's (RAP) Thought Leadership Project, which is a mandatory initiative for all RAP participants.
Emma was nominated for Graduate of the year 2024. This recognition reflects her commitment to excellence, her innovative approach to problem-solving, and her ability to inspire and collaborate effectively with her peers.
Emma obtained an MSc in Management Consulting at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2023. Prior to this she completed 4 years at University College Dublin where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
