David is an experienced, high performing Service Management professional with over 24 years experience in this space. He is now a Director and Head of Service management with EY. He has led and contributed to engagements with large Irish Enterprise customers as well as Multinational organisations. David leads by example and has a track record of developing diverse teams and enabling them to deliver highly successful projects in line with customer expectations.
David is chairman of itSMF Ireland. This role is to promote IT Service Management best practice and processes on the island of Ireland as well as ensuring the management committee functions effectively.
David is a certified ITIL v4 Managing Professional (ITIL Expert) and is also a certified ISO/IEC-20000 consultant. He holds multiple Service Management tool certifications that allow him to speak to customers and develop business by talking their language. They include (but are not limited to) the following mainline ServiceNow certifications:
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
