How Catherine is building a better working world
“In addition to my technical role, I am an executive sponsor of EY’s Diversity & Inclusion programme both Ireland and across the EY network. I am the LGBT+ Partner sponsor for EMEIA and a member of the EMEIA DE&I Steering Committee and also a member of the Global LGBT+ Partner Steering Committee. All these roles involve working with fellow partners and leadership teams to influence and execute EY’s DE&I strategy.
My work in this area has earned me recognition in both Ireland and globally - most recently, I was included in INvolve’s OUTstanding Role Model List for the 4th consecutive year, an honour I am both proud of and humbled by.”
