Andrew is a Director in Transformation Delivery within the Business Consulting practice of EY and works with a diverse range of clients.
Andrew leads our Transformation Management Office (TMO) service offering and integrates the disciplines of strategic visioning, service design thinking, transformation delivery and business readiness to deliver sustainable change for clients.
In recent years, Andrew has led several major change programmes including Enterprise Operating Model transformation, Shared Services Redesign and Functional Operating Model design and implementation.
Andrew’s deep transformation and broad sectoral experience enables him to empathise with clients effectively and quickly co-create and deliver the right solutions.
Andrew holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast.
