Stephen recently retired from Duke Energy after a 33-year career serving as the president of Duke Energy’s North Carolina utilities.  Prior to that he was SVP, Treasurer and Chief Tax Officer.  Stephen is a transformative leader, bringing a unique combination of finance expertise, business acumen, tactical and operational efficiency and strategic leadership.
