Areas of focus

Shaun is a talent management leader who works with organisations across the public and private sector. He has spent 15 years advising complex organisations in the areas of operating model transformation focused on better aligning organisation purpose and people management practices with target performance improvement outcomes.    

Shaun has a masters degree in Business Psychology and in Strategic Human Resources.
