How Piers is building a better working world

"I have always been passionate about demystifying and managing the risks of ubiquitous technologies. This passion has included helping manage large-scale system changes and ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure against cyberattacks, as well as helping enable data privacy and trusted AI.

I am a firm believer that diversity of thought and experience is essential to effectively manage emerging technology risks. This is especially true as these risks intersect with new areas, such as environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities. To promote a diverse talent pipeline, I act as an active coach for individuals within the organization — both through formal and informal programs."
