Meg is a Turnaround and Restructuring partner with significant experience in advising listed and private companies and their Boards on financial and strategic restructurings.

She specialises in using solvent, creative solutions to resize existing financial and regulatory arrangements providing companies breathing space to rebuild value. She actively manages and negotiates with her clients’ stakeholders to find consensual solutions.

Meg has over 20 years’ Corporate Finance Restructuring experience having previously worked in investment banking and boutique advisory firms.

She holds a Masters degree in Chemistry and Anthropology from the University of Oxford. She is a Chartered Accountant and is Certified under EY’s Financial Conduct Authority authorisation.
