With over 25 years of industry and consulting experience, and almost 10 years’ ServiceNow experience, Maureen leads the ServiceNow team in the UK and Ireland, and helps businesses unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.
Prior to joining the EY organisation, Maureen founded and led a ServiceNow partner consultancy organisation, which focussed on delivering ServiceNow at scale, at pace and out of the box for many global customers.
Her professional career started in HR and progressed into business consultancy before focussing on large-scale organisational transformations, enabled by technology and delivering success through the engagement and development of people.
Maureen holds an MBA from Northumbria University Business School.
