How Julie is building a better working world

“I have a passion for coaching and the diversity and inclusion agenda. Since having three children, it’s become particularly important to me that I provide a role-model as a working mum. I want my kids to grow up surrounded by less stereotypes and more equality than I did.

Through my work at EY and coaching, I hope to be able to support young women who are at different stages in their career build the confidence they need to succeed, this is where a place like EY which fosters diversity, flexibility and a work-life balance really comes into its own.”
