How Dan is building a better working world

“I’m really proud of my role in supporting the transition across all fronts of the banking industry. For the largest banks, the replacement of legacy technologies and the adoption of innovative and digital offerings will make banks more relevant and useful to their customers. The maturing of the challengers, the proliferation of digital banks and the ever expanding fintech industry will serve to accelerate the importance and relevance of the industry to consumers. Critically, sustaining high levels of trust in the industry is of paramount importance and banks will continue to invest in keeping customers safe from cyber-attacks and financial crime. Given the critical role performed by banks at the heart of the UK economy, the industry has a huge opportunity to accelerate the transition to a carbon neutral world which will ultimately benefit, EY clients, their customers, EY people and society at large.”
