Arun is lead for Culture, Diversity and Inclusion practice at EY. He has held numerous leading national diversity roles including Diversity Director for the Home Office, Diversity Director for the Greater London Authority for two former Mayors as well as an advisor to the former Attorney General, Baroness Scotland. Arun is currently managing the 2020 Sir John Parker review on ethnic diversity of UK boards, and working closely with 10 Downing Street, advising on race and recruitment and providing direction at critical points.
