We hereby announce that EY Business Partner Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenji Kasahara; hereinafter “EYBP”) will be the sole provider of the outsourcing services for bookkeeping, accounting and payroll which were previously provided by both EYBP and Ernst & Young Tax Co. as of 1 July 2022 and that these services will be immediately available to our clients.
