Building a better working world
To build a better working world in this era of rapid change, we must identify the underlying challenges facing our clients. In parallel, we need to respond and act flexibly as their co-creation partner, in a break from the conventional role of a back-office support provider.
Even when time is short, I take time to consider how the value offered by EY will establish a long-lasting and trusted relationship with our clients, as well as how I can play my part in developing our people to create a better future for the firm, our clients and wider society.
