World-class infrastructure is a sine qua non for India to capture full benefits of its demographic dividend. For many decades, India will require billions of dollars of new investment to upgrade its transportation, energy, communication and social infrastructure, making India the largest market in the world for infrastructure developers, investors and lenders for the foreseeable future.
