Tom Hickey has always loved numbers, valuing the clarity and symmetry that they provide. However, a crucial skill that Hickey learned early in his career is how to use numbers to tell a story, and in business, the story is the most important thing of all.
The story of Kenmare Resources plc is a fascinating one. Starting life as a small Irish exploration company, it has grown into a major supplier of mineral to customers in over fifteen countries, its raw materials being used in everyday products like paints, plastics and ceramic tiles.
