Frank is Chief Innovation Officer at EY Ireland and is responsible for technology strategy and fostering an innovation culture throughout the organisation. Frank has overall charge of building and running an effective, transparent and efficient innovation process. Central to this has been the development and launch of wavespace™, a place where innovation, talent and technology converge to solve problems and create meaningful outcomes for our clients.
Frank has extensive experience in shaping and leading major business transformation programmes. Having cultivated over 25 years’ service across the telecommunications, technology, software and IT sectors, he has an in-depth understanding of business leadership, cost optimisation and change management.
Frank has a Master’s degree in Management Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin, and a certified diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
